Steps to install rpm:
1. Use ssh to login to a system CLI in a terminal window as the admin user established during system installation. Enter the corresponding password.
2. Enter EXEC PRIVILEGED mode:
 >  enable 
 Enter password initially set during system installation. The command line prompt will be changed from > to #.
3. To download and install:
# install rpm url  <URL of the RPM>
